We are back, Safer than ever
As always, the health and safety of our clients and patients is our utmost priority. We are glad to announce our reopening as of June 1st. We are now accepting appointments for all routine eye care, eye glass orders and contact lenses.
In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone, we have implemented strict safety protocols, as recommended by the Ministry of Health, College of Opticians and College of Optometrists. We hope these safety measures will allow us to provide you with the highest level of service while keeping you safe and healthy.
INFECTION CONTROL & PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
For your safety, we have installed plastic barriers throughout the office. All our team members will be wearing PPE including masks and eye protection. All surfaces & equipment will be disinfected after each patient visit and all eyeglasses will be disinfected after contact, before going back up on the displays.
EYE EXAMS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Eye examinations will be provided by appointment only. In order to control office flow, we are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. Please call us to schedule an appointment and avoid bringing additional members to the appointment if you do not require assistance.
DETAILED SCREENING
Upon entering, all visitors will undergo a screening process related to COVID-19. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days, you will not be permitted to enter.
CURBSIDE ASSISTANCE
Looking to adjust your eyeglasses, or picking up your order? Need to order more contact lenses? Please call us at 416-282-2030 and we will provide curbside assistance.
MASKS
All individuals over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask which covers your mouth and nose, before entering the premises.
HAND HYGEINE
Everyone is required to sanitize their hands immediately upon entering. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the office.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Please maintain a 2-meter distance from others within the premises. If our door is locked upon arrival, it means we have reached our maximum number of individuals permitted indoors at one time. Please kindly knock on the door or call us while waiting 2 meters away from the entrance - one of our team members will assist you.
